Kevin A Dunlap has been a business owner and professional since he opened his first consultation business on Valentine’s Day in 2004. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he was a college math professor and a stunt professional for both film and stage.
He began his entrepreneurial career by investing in real estate and teaching creative real estate techniques to both new and experienced investors starting in 2004. He grew his business by helping countless people understand the creative side of real estate investing.
Later, Kevin wrote his first book, Lease Options Made Easy, in January 2015 discussing one real estate technique called lease options. With many years of personal development under his belt he wrote his second book, Designing Your Own Destiny, in mid-2017 followed shortly by, The Winner’s Code, in early 2019.
He created a podcast in 2017 and 2018 called Life’s Little Lessons where he interviewed entrepreneurs across the world including 4 continents and 8 countries. Kevin released his fourth book on creating and launching a business called: Launch! – The A to Z in Creating a Successful Business in 2021.
Today he started a business coaching business who works with small business owners and solopreneurs who are wanting to start a new business or to take their current business to the next level of success.
